The first step

You've decided to hop on the phone for your first introductory coaching session. What should you expect? This session is all about getting to know you, your goals for coaching, what motivated you to consider coaching and also what you'd like to achieve.


I will also tell you about me. You'll learn more about my background and coaching style. Our goal is to see if we're a good fit. Coaching depends upon a good rapport and a trusting relationship. The introductory call is the first step the journey.


To get us started, I'll send you a brief questionnaire so that you can get an idea about the type of things we'll talk about. Here are some sample questions.

What are the 3 biggest changes you want to make in your life over the next 5 years?

What 3 goals do you want to achieve within the next 3 months?

If anything was possible what would you wish for?

What have been your 3 greatest successes to date?

What is the greatest challenge you have had to overcome?
